Danielle April Griffin, RN, CPT, PES

Danielle is a Certified Personal Trainer and Pre/Postnatal Exercise Specialist. She is a former High Risk Labor and Delivery RN who has blended her passion for fitness and pregnancy to create a program for women to utilize throughout their journey to motherhood and continue on once delivered.

She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Pennsylvania State University in 2004. She received her Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from The California University of Pennsylvania in 2008, and later received Team Beachbody Coach training in 2010.

Danielle specializes in the evaluation and education of the female client while trying to conceive, pregnant, and post delivery. She created Prenatal Prestige to keep women fit and informed throughout all stages of their pregnancy with their necessary level of fitness and nutrition. She has also created the MamaFitForLife Brand to inspire and mentor fellow moms to believe in their Dreams and find a Passion in the field of fitness & nutrition. She is the Founder of Team Live Fit Live Free, a team of online beachbody coaches on a mission to inspire others to wake up daily with the mindset to create positive lifestyle changes and Live Life Without limits.

Danielle Dalechek, Licensed Massage Therapist

Danielle received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and also a Pre-graduate Certificate in Neuroscience in August 2016. She has been a National Board Certified, Licensed Massage Therapist since 2010. Her specialties are deep tissue therapy, neuromuscular therapy (NMT) for upper body, hip tension issues, reflexology, and providing current information on nutritional studies.

In her spare time, Danielle creates and sells her artwork locally at coffee shops (sometimes for charity functions). She also reads and enjoys kayaking, bicycling, cooking, traveling, and hiking with her husband and their dog. In the future, she plans to go to graduate school for either neuroanatomy, genetic counseling, nutrigenomics, or even biomedical science. Her plan is to keep learning for as long as she can, and to help others realize that minimizing daily pain is the first step towards a fully healthy life.
